SlotsDJ Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neroblanko Tech B.V., the company that operates SlotsDJ under a licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority. The agreement governs account registration and use, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using SlotsDJ in any capacity, you accept these terms in full. If you do not accept them, you must not use the service.
About us and licensing
SlotsDJ is operated by Neroblanko Tech B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands. Neroblanko Tech B.V. holds a gaming licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority, authorising casino and sportsbook operations across more than 30 countries globally, excluding restricted territories. The same entity operates a group of nine brands, including SpinSahara, WinBeatz, Boomzino, RoyalsTiger, CasinoBossy, RingoSpin, NeedForSlots, and TonySpins. Account registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. You may hold only one account per person; duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. We reserve the right to request identity verification documents, including government-issued photo identification, proof of address, payment method documentation, and source of funds evidence, before processing your first withdrawal or at any point thereafter. We reserve the right to refuse registration or to close any account that breaches these eligibility conditions, that is found to have provided false information, or that is associated with a jurisdiction we do not serve.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac (Canada), and a native cryptocurrency suite covering Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Tether (USDT), Dogecoin, Tron (TRX), and USD Coin (USDC). The minimum deposit across all methods is A$15. The internal operating currency is EUR; deposits and withdrawals in other currencies are converted at the time of the transaction, and minor variances may apply. The minimum withdrawal is A$50 for most methods, rising to A$120 depending on your country and chosen method. Withdrawal processing on our side takes up to 3 business days, after which additional time may be required for bank or network processing depending on the method used. Standard withdrawal limits are A$1,000 per day, A$3,000 per week, and A$10,000 per month; higher limits are available at elevated loyalty ranks. Wins exceeding A$10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to A$10,000. A 3x AML rollover of all active deposits must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, and KYC verification is required before your first cashout. Where technically possible, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit.
Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonus offers. The standard wagering requirement for casino bonuses is 40x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. During any active bonus, the maximum permitted bet on slot games is A$5 and A$10 on live games; bets exceeding these limits during wagering may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings. The maximum cashout from any casino bonus is 10x the bonus amount, and the maximum win from welcome free spins is A$50. Game contributions toward wagering are as follows: slots contribute 100%, buy-feature rounds 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, and table games, live games, instant win, scratch, and originals contribute 0%. All casino bonuses are sticky, meaning your real-money balance is wagered first; if your real-money balance reaches zero before wagering is complete, the bonus is forfeited. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses may not be combined. We reserve the right to revoke any bonus and associated winnings where we determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to advantage play, feature banking, collusion, or the use of duplicate accounts.
Responsible gambling
We provide deposit limits, session time-outs, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion as tools to support responsible gambling. Self-exclusion requests submitted via our support channels are processed promptly; players in a cooling-off period at the time of a win are not entitled to that prize.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat (available 24/7) or by email at [email protected] . If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction at the first point of contact, you may request escalation to a senior member of our team. We acknowledge complaints within 7 days and provide a final resolution within 30 days of receipt. If a dispute remains unresolved after our internal process is exhausted, you may escalate the matter to the Curacao Gaming Authority, which has the capacity to intervene in payment disputes between players and operators under its current regulatory framework.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be provided by email to your registered address or by a prominent notice on the site, and the updated terms will state the date on which they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date of any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
