SlotsDJ Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Neroblanko Tech B.V., the company that operates SlotsDJ under a licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority. The agreement governs your use of the SlotsDJ platform, including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonuses and promotions, responsible gambling tools, and dispute resolution. By accessing or using any part of the service, you accept these terms in full.
About us and licensing
SlotsDJ is operated by Neroblanko Tech B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands. The platform holds a gaming licence issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority, authorising casino and sportsbook operations across all active markets. Neroblanko Tech B.V. operates a group of nine brands, including SpinSahara, WinBeatz, Boomzino, RoyalsTiger, CasinoBossy, RingoSpin, NeedForSlots, and TonySpins. Governing law for this agreement is Costa Rica.
Account registration and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use the service. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts may be closed and any associated balances forfeited. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration and update that information promptly if it changes. KYC verification, which may include a valid passport, proof of address, payment method documentation, source of funds evidence, and phone verification, is required before your first withdrawal and may be requested again at any point thereafter. We reserve the right to refuse registration or close any account that breaches these eligibility conditions, that is found to have provided false information, or that is registered in a jurisdiction where we do not hold authorisation to operate.
Deposits and withdrawals
We accept deposits via Visa, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Paysafecard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Interac (Canada), and a native cryptocurrency suite covering BTC, ETH, LTC, USDT, DOGE, TRX, and USDC. The minimum deposit across all methods is EUR 15. The internal operating currency is EUR; non-EUR transactions are converted at the time of the transaction and minor variances may apply. The minimum withdrawal is EUR 50 for most methods, rising to EUR 120 depending on method and country. Casino-side withdrawal processing takes up to 3 business days, after which additional bank or network processing time may apply. Standard withdrawal limits are EUR 1,000 per day, EUR 3,000 per week, and EUR 10,000 per month; higher limits are available at elevated loyalty ranks. Wins exceeding EUR 10,000 may be paid in monthly instalments of up to EUR 10,000. A 3x AML rollover on all active deposits must be completed before any withdrawal is processed, and withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the qualifying deposit where technically possible. Cryptocurrency deposits sent to an incorrect network address will not be recovered unless the amount exceeds EUR 5,000, in which case a recovery fee of 0.1 BTC applies.
Bonuses and promotions
Each promotion carries its own specific terms, but the following standard rules apply across all casino bonus offers on the platform. The standard wagering requirement is 40x the bonus amount, which must be completed within 7 days of the bonus being credited. During any active bonus wagering period, the maximum permitted bet on slot games is EUR 5 and on live games is EUR 10. Game contributions toward wagering are: slots 100%, buy-feature games 50%, live roulette and blackjack 10%, and all other table games, live games, instant win, scratch, and originals 0%. The maximum cashout from any casino bonus is 10x the bonus amount; the maximum win from welcome free spins is EUR 50. All bonuses are sticky, meaning your real-money balance is wagered first and the bonus is forfeited if your real-money balance reaches zero before wagering is complete. Only one bonus may be active at a time, and deposit bonuses cannot be combined. We reserve the right to void bonus winnings and close accounts where bonus abuse is identified, including but not limited to advantage play, feature banking, build-up strategies, collusion, or the use of duplicate accounts. You may decline or cancel any bonus before wagering begins without loss of your own funds.
Responsible gambling
We provide deposit limits, time-out periods, and self-exclusion as standard tools available to all registered players. Self-exclusion requests submitted via support are processed promptly, and any player who is in a cooling-off period at the time of a win is not entitled to that prize.
Dispute resolution
If you have a complaint, contact our support team in the first instance via live chat or by email at [email protected] , available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If your complaint is not resolved at first contact, you may request escalation to a senior member of the support team. We acknowledge escalated complaints within 7 days and provide a final response within 30 days of receipt. If a complaint remains unresolved after our internal process is exhausted, you may refer the matter to the Curacao Gaming Authority, which has the capacity to intervene in payment disputes between players and operators under its current regulatory framework.
Changes to terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, with notice provided by email or by a prominent notice on the site prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of any revision will be stated alongside the updated terms. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
